Invest 98 in located about 475 miles east of the Windward Islands. Showers and Thunderstorms have become a bit more organized tonight. Buoy reports well north of the circulation are reporting tropical storm force winds at this time. Upper level winds are only marginal for development however slow development is possible over the next day or two. This system has a 40% chance of development as the conditions will start to become more favorable. Strong gusty winds and heavy rain will be possible in the Windward islands.
Invest 97 located about 250 miles east of the Bahamas is becoming more defined. Conditions are not favorable for rapid development. There is a medium chance that this system may become a tropical cyclone before it gets absorbed by a cold front on Friday.
